Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk ((dairy or non dairy))
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt ((or hung curd))
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup ((or honey))

Garnish

  • 1/2 cup berries ((strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries))
  • 1-2 tablespoons slivered almonds

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of old-fashioned oats, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, ¼ cup of Greek yogurt, ½ cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Mix well with a spoon. Note: This recipe serves one person. You can also soak in individual serving containers.
