Mint Juice or Pudina Juice is a healthy and refreshing drink for summers made from fresh mint leaves and lemon.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves ((pudina))
- 9 to 10 tablespoons jaggery powder (or sugar, add as required)
- ¼ cup water (or add as required)
- ½ teaspoon black salt (or regular salt)
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder ((jeera powder))
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Remove the mint leaves from the stems. Rinse in water for a couple of times. Drain all the water.
- Add all the rinsed mint leaves, jaggery or sugar, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice and water in a blender and blend to a smooth and fine paste.
- Strain the juice mixture.
- Take ¼ amount of the strained mint juice in a glass. Add ¾ amount of water. Mix well.
- Add a few ice cubes and serve the Mint Juice cold.
