Chocolate Orange Cranberry Fudge is the perfect little treat for the festive season.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz can condensed milk
  • 1.5 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • ¾ teaspoon orange extract
  • ⅓ cup chopped pecans
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries

Method

  1. Line a 8x8 square pan with aluminium foil with overhanging edges. Spray the foil with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat. Add butter and chocolate chips to it.
  3. Add condensed milk and mix everything together.
  4. Keep stirring till it all melts and mixture becomes smooth. Add orange zest and orange extract and mix.
  5. Once the mixture is totally smooth remove from heat and stir in chopped pecans and dried cranberries.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  7. Sprinkle more orange zest on top [I also added some more dried cranberries on top for presentation] and then refrigerate the mixture for 4 hours or until set.
  8. Once the fudge sets, cut it into pieces.
  9. Keep the fudge refrigerated and eat with in 2 weeks.
