Ingredients

  • 6 bread slices
  • 2-3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup carrot (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn (boiled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, vegetables like carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, boiled sweet corn, Italian seasoning (dried mixed herbs), salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well and keep aside.
  3. Cut the brown edges of the bread (optional).
  4. Apply some butter to both slices of bread. You can skip this step if you prefer to go without butter.
  5. Spread veg cream cheese mixture generously on one slice of bread.
