Ingredients
- 1½ cup sesame / til
- ½ cup peanut
- 1 cup jaggery (powdered)
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
Method
- Firstly, in a pan, dry roast 1½ cups of sesame on a low flame.
- Dry roast till it turns aromatic and golden brown.
- Transfer to the large plate to cool completely,
- Also, dry roast ½ cup of peanuts till they turn crunchy.
- Peel the skin and transfer to the large plate to cool completely.
- Once cooled, transfer to the mixer jar.
- Also, add 1 cup of jaggery and grind to a coarse powder. Make sure the mixture is moist.
- Transfer the mixture to the large plate, add ½ tsp cardamom powder and 2 tbsp ghee. Ghee helps the ladoo bind.
- Mix well and shape the ladoo.
