Strawberry juice is a quick blended drink made with strawberries, water and a sweetener. It can be made thick or slightly thin based on preference. Frozen strawberries give a chilled and slightly slushy texture without ice. Both fresh and frozen strawberries can be used. The recipe is flexible, easy to scale and can be adjusted for sweetness and consistency.
