Ingredients
- 1 sitafal
- 6 cup milk
- few kesar / saffron
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 2 tbsp nuts (chopped)
Method
- firstly, take 1 sitafal and collect the pulp. make sure to remove the seeds.
- now in a large kadai heat 6 cup milk and add few kesar.
- stir and get the milk to a boil.
- when the milk comes to a boil, stick the cream to the sides of the kadai.
- continue to simmer and boil until the milk reduces to half.
- now add ½ cup condensed milk and mix well.
- continue to boil further until the milk thickens completely. make sure to stick the cream to the sides.
- now scrape all the cream from the sides and mix well. this helps to make rabdi creamy.
- cool the rabdi completely, now add sitafal pulp and mix well.
- also, add few chopped nuts and mix well.
- finally, enjoy Sitafal Rabdi chilled topped with kesar and nuts.
