Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup besan
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 150 gms raw groundnuts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1-2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp amchur(dry mango powder)
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 1/8 tsp hing
  • 1 pouch Pushp masala mix(or garlic-ginger paste and garam masala)
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 3-4 tsp water (as required)
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala(for sprinkling)

Steps

  1. Get all the ingredients ready, then add the masalas to the flours and adjust the masalas to taste.
  2. Mix well with a spoon, then add the groundnuts. Drizzle 1 tsp oil over the peanuts and mix again with the spoon.
  3. Add 2 tsp water and press and mix so that the groundnuts are well coated all over. Add a little more water if very dry. Preheat the Airfryer at 180°C for 5 minutes. Put half of the coated groundnuts in the Airfryer basket and try to separate them for best results.
  4. Put the basket into the Airfryer and airfry for 8-10 minutes at 180°C. Stir in between and check.
  5. Drizzle 1/2 tsp oil, then airfry until crispy. Move the groundnuts onto a big plate, sprinkle some chat masala and mix.
  6. Airfry the second batch in the same way. The crispy snack is ready to enjoy with family and friends.
