Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (- semi-frozen or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons cashews (- roughly chopped)
- 2 bananas (- sliced, small-sized)
- 2 tablespoons raw sugar (or regular sugar, add according to preferred sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon bournvita/boost/horlicks (or preferred malt based powder)
- 1 tablespoons cashews (- chopped, for garnish, divided)
- 1 teaspoon bournvita/boost/horlicks (- for sprinkling, divided)
Method
- First add sliced or chopped bananas, bournvita, sugar and cashews in a blender.
- Blend to a semi-fine or semi-coarse consistency.
- Add the frozen or semi-frozen milk.
- Blend for 2 to 3 minutes until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and blended.
- Pour the prepared Sharjah Shake in glasses.
- Sprinkle chopped cashews and bournvita and serve the Sharjah Milkshake straightway.
