Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (- semi-frozen or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons cashews (- roughly chopped)
  • 2 bananas (- sliced, small-sized)
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar (or regular sugar, add according to preferred sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon bournvita/boost/horlicks (or preferred malt based powder)
  • 1 tablespoons cashews (- chopped, for garnish, divided)
  • 1 teaspoon bournvita/boost/horlicks (- for sprinkling, divided)

Method

  1. First add sliced or chopped bananas, bournvita, sugar and cashews in a blender.
  2. Blend to a semi-fine or semi-coarse consistency.
  3. Add the frozen or semi-frozen milk.
  4. Blend for 2 to 3 minutes until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and blended.
  5. Pour the prepared Sharjah Shake in glasses.
  6. Sprinkle chopped cashews and bournvita and serve the Sharjah Milkshake straightway.
