Easy Sabji Masala Recipe | How to Make Multipurpose Sabzi Mix Powder

Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1 cup peanut
- 2 tbsp dry coconut
- few curry leaves
- ½ cup coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp fennel
- ¼ cup sesame
- ¼ cup chilli powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp aamchur
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- ¼ cup kasuri methi
- 2 tbsp sesame
- 2 tbsp salt
Method
- Firstly, in a pan heat 2 tsp oil and roast 7 cloves garlic until it turns golden brown.
- Add 1 cup peanut and roast until it turns crunchy.
- Now add 2 tbsp dry coconut and few curry leaves.
- Keeping the flame on low, roast until it turns golden brown.
- Transfer to a plate and allow to cool completely.
- In a pan take ½ cup coriander seeds, 2 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp fennel, and ¼ cup sesame.
- Roast on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.
- Cool completely, and grind to a coarse powder.
- Transfer the powder to a large bowl.
- Add ¼ cup chilli powder, 1 tbsp turmeric, 2 tbsp aamchur, 1 tbsp garam masala, ¼ cup kasuri methi, 2 tbsp sesame, and 2 tbsp salt.
- Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
- You can use this sabji masala mix to prepare any dry sabzi or bharwa sabji.
- Finally, store the Sabji Masala Recipe in an airtight container.
