- 2 cups chilled whole milk
- 2 tablespoons rooh afza syrup
- 1/2-1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tablespoon sabja seeds ((soaked in 1/2 cup water), optional)

Method
Rooh Afza with Milk
- In a large mixing bowl, add chilled milk, rooh afza syrup, and sugar. Mix thoroughly using a spoon or whisker until well combined.
- Serve chilled. I also like to add sabja seeds to increase their taste and health quotient.

- In a large mixing bowl, add chilled water, rooh afza syrup, sugar (optional), lemon juice, and ice cubes. Mix thoroughly using a spoon or whisker until well combined.
- Serve chilled. Add soaked sabja seeds if desired.
