  • 2 tablespoons rooh afza syrup
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tablespoon sabja seeds ((soaked in 1/2 cup water), optional)

Method

Rooh Afza with Milk

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add chilled milk, rooh afza syrup, and sugar. Mix thoroughly using a spoon or whisker until well combined.
  2. Serve chilled. I also like to add sabja seeds to increase their taste and health quotient.
