Recipe Snapshot
- Prep time: 15 minutes
- Cook time: Not specified
- Total time: 15 minutes
- Yield: 6
- Category: Beverage
- Cuisine: Continental, Spanish
Ingredients
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple
- 1 medium HoneyCrisp apple
- 1 large orange
- 1 medium pear
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- 750 ml non alcoholic apple cider
- 750 ml sparkling water (I use lime sparkling water)
Method
- Chop the apples and pear into 1-inch cubes with the skin on. Slice the orange into thin rounds. Remove pomegranate seeds from the pomegranate. You would need 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds for this recipe.
- Add the fruits to a glass pitcher, you can reserve some for garnish if you want. I used a 2 liter capacity pitcher for this.
- Add the apple cider to the pitcher and then add the lime sparkling water to the same pitcher. Stir with a spoon and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Pour into glasses and serve. You can garnish with cinnamon sticks or a twig of rosemary before serving. If you prefer more fizzy drink, refrigerate the cider with fruits for 30 minutes and then add the sparkling water, stir and serve immediately.
