Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk (chilled)
- 4 tablespoons rooh afza
- 1 cup watermelon (cut into small bite-sized pieces)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Method
- Chop the watermelon into small, bite-sized cubes to yield approximately 1 cup of diced watermelon.
- In a large mixing bowl, add chilled milk, rooh afza syrup, and sugar (optional). Mix thoroughly using a spoon or whisker until well combined.
- Add watermelon cubes, ice cubes, and mix well again.
- Pour the sharbat into servings glasses. Serve chilled.
