Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk (chilled)
  • 4 tablespoons rooh afza
  • 1 cup watermelon (cut into small bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • few ice cubes

Method

  1. Chop the watermelon into small, bite-sized cubes to yield approximately 1 cup of diced watermelon.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add chilled milk, rooh afza syrup, and sugar (optional). Mix thoroughly using a spoon or whisker until well combined.
  3. Add watermelon cubes, ice cubes, and mix well again.
  4. Pour the sharbat into servings glasses. Serve chilled.
