Ingredients
- 1 cup mango (chopped, (fresh or frozen))
- 1 cup peach (peeled, seeded and sliced (fresh or frozen))
- 1/2 cup almond milk ((or dairy milk))
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt ((plain or vanilla))
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup ((or honey), optional)
- 2 ice cubes
Optional mix-ins:
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

Method
