Grilled cheese sandwich with onion, tomato and cucumbers!

Ingredients

  • 2 bread slices
  • 1 onion ring (big)
  • 2 to mato rings
  • 4 cucumber slices (cut in round)
  • 1 cheese slice (your choice of cheese [i used amul])
  • butter (salted)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • chaat masala (to taste)
  • Coriander chutney
  • parmesan cheese (shredded)

Method

  1. Cut the onion, tomato and cucumber into round slices. Set aside.
  2. Take the bead slices and apply butter (salted) on 1 of the slices and coriander chutney on the other slice.
  3. Place cheese slice over the bread which has coriander chutney on it. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
  4. Place an onion on top of the cheese slice, then place the tomato and cucumber slices on top.
  5. Sprinkle some chaat masala and some more salt and pepper on top.
  6. Now sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese on top. Also sprinkle some chaat masala.
  7. Place the buttered slice on top [with the butter side facing up] to close the sandwich.
  8. Heat a grill pan on medium heat. Once hot, place the sandwich on the pan with the buttered side facing down.
  9. Apply some butter on the slice that's facing upwards now.
  10. Once 1 side has cooked, flip the sandwich and cook the other side as well till the cheese has melted and the sandwich looks golden brown in color.
  11. Serve hot with some ketchup and fries!
