Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tomato (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- ½ red capsicum (chopped)
- ½ green capsicum (chopped)
- 2 cup macaroni pasta
- 1½ cup water
- 2 slice cheese
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
Method
- firstly, in a cooker heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter.
- add 2 clove garlic, 1 onion and saute until the onion shrinks.
- add 2 tomato and saute until the tomato softens and turns mushy.
- further add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp schezwan sauce and 1 tsp salt.
- saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.
- also, add 1 carrot, 2 tbsp sweet corn, ½ red capsicum and ½ green capsicum.
- stir fry for 1 minute or until the vegetables turn crunchy.
- now add 2 cup macaroni pasta and 1½ cup water.
- mix well making sure everything is well combined.
- pressure cook for 1 whistle on medium flame.
- after the pressure is released, you can see the pasta has cooked well.
- now add 2 slice of cheese, ½ tsp mixed herbs and ½ tsp chilli flakes.
- cover and rest for 2 minutes, so the cheese melts.
- mix gently making sure everything is well combined.
