Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips (some more to sprinkle on top)
- ¾ cup pistachio (roasted & unsalted, chopped in halves)
- ¾ cup condensed milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter (unsalted)
- ¼ tsp salt
Method
- Line a square pan with parchment paper, set aside.
- Put the chocolate chips in a heavy bottom pan, keep at flame at medium-low.
- As the chocolate starts melting, stir in the butter.
- Also add in the condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Stir till the mixture becomes a smooth paste.
- Switch off the flame and add the pistachios, mix.
- Pour the mixture in the pan lined with parchment paper.
- Once it comes to room temperature, put the pan in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Cut into squares using a knife. The parchment paper will peel off easily.
- Keep the squares refrigerated.
