Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli (florets)
- ½ cup carrots (chopped)
- ½ cup sweet corn (kernels (Frozen or boiled))
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped (or 1 teaspoon ginger))
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds ((optional))
- ¼ to ⅓ teaspoon salt (or as needed)
- ¼ teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder ((or red chilli flakes or black pepper))
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala (or kitchen king masala (or 2 teaspoons soya sauce))
- 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Method
How to Make Broccoli Corn Carrot Stir Fry
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. When they sizzle, add broccoli, corn and carrots.
- Stir fry on a medium heat until the veggies and tender, cooked through yet crunchy.
- Add salt, chilli powder or flakes and garam masala or soya sauce. Stir fry for another 2 mins.
- Taste test and adjust salt and spice. Stir in the lemon juice.
- Serve broccoli corn carrot stir fry as a side or with roti, paratha.
More Serving Ideas
- You can also add it over bread slices and place a cheese slice. Cover with another slice of bread and butter them. Toast until crisp.
- Cool these stir fried veggies and stir in some hung curd or mayonnaise or cream cheese, lemon juice and fresh cut cilantro/coriander leaves.
