Ingredients
- 10-11 pieces bread
- ⅓ cup pizza sauce
- 4 onions (small finely chopped)
- 2 small green pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 carrot (large, finely chopped)
- ½ cup paneer (cut into small cubes)
- ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1 cup cheese (grated [any cheese of your choice])
- italian seasoning
- red chili flakes
- oregano
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Method
- Preheat you oven to 475 F [around 250 C].
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper arrange the bed slices on it.
- Toast the bread slices for 3-4 minutes at 475 F degrees.
- Fine chop all the vegetables - green pepper [capsicum], carrots, onion and paneer.
- Take out the bread slices from the oven and let them cool down a bit.
- Once they have cooled down, cover them with pizza sauce and sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top.
- Cover the bread with all the veggies and sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste. Also add the chopped coriander.
- Top the slices with grated cheese of your choice.
- Finally sprinkle some red chilli flakes, pepper, salt and oregano on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 475 F degrees for 8-10 minutes or till the cheese melts and looks set.
- Cut into slices and enjoy the crispy bread pizzas.
