Ingredients

  • 10-11 pieces bread
  • ⅓ cup pizza sauce
  • 4 onions (small finely chopped)
  • 2 small green pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 carrot (large, finely chopped)
  • ½ cup paneer (cut into small cubes)
  • ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 cup cheese (grated [any cheese of your choice])
  • italian seasoning
  • red chili flakes
  • oregano
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Method

  1. Preheat you oven to 475 F [around 250 C].
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper arrange the bed slices on it.
  3. Toast the bread slices for 3-4 minutes at 475 F degrees.
  4. Fine chop all the vegetables - green pepper [capsicum], carrots, onion and paneer.
  5. Take out the bread slices from the oven and let them cool down a bit.
  6. Once they have cooled down, cover them with pizza sauce and sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top.
  7. Cover the bread with all the veggies and sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste. Also add the chopped coriander.
  8. Top the slices with grated cheese of your choice.
  9. Finally sprinkle some red chilli flakes, pepper, salt and oregano on top.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 475 F degrees for 8-10 minutes or till the cheese melts and looks set.
  11. Cut into slices and enjoy the crispy bread pizzas.
