Ingredients
- 1 bowl sabudana
- 1 bowl water
- 2 potatoes
- 1/4 cup roasted crushed peanut
- 3 Green chillies
- 3 tbsp fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Steps
- Wash the sabudana once, add the same bowl of water and cover for 4-5 hours. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes and cut into cubes, and chop coriander and chillies.
- Put ghee in a nonstick pan and let cumin seeds splutter in it. Add chilli, curry leaves and chilli powder, then mix in the potato cubes.

- Switch off the gas and give it a final mix. The Falahar Sabudana Khichdi is ready to serve: transfer to a bowl, sprinkle fresh coriander and garnish with curry leaves. Enjoy this fasting dish.
