Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1.5 cups frozen mangoes
  • 1/3 cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (fresh)
  • zest of 1 lime

Method

  1. To a food processor add frozen mangoes, frozen strawberries, lime juice and lime zest.
  2. Add condensed milk and run the food processor for 3-4 minutes or till everything is well combined and mixture looks smooth.
  3. It should have a creamy consistency once done, as you can see in the picture above.
  4. Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze overnight.
  5. Serve the strawberry mango lime sorbet with some fresh mango and strawberries and enjoy!
