Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
  • 3 chilli (slit)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp peas
  • 3 tbsp sweet corn
  • 1 carrot (chopped)
  • 5 beans (chopped)
  • ½ capsicum (chopped)
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup boiled soya
  • 3 cup cooked rice
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Method

  1. Firstly, in a kadai heat 2 tbsp oil, add 5 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp spring onion and 3 chilli.
  2. Stir fry on high flame until the garlic shrinks.
  3. Add 1 onion and stir fry till the onion shrinks.
  4. Further add 3 tbsp peas, 3 tbsp sweet corn, 1 carrot, 5 beans, ½ capsicum and ½ tsp salt.
  5. Stir fry till the vegetables turn crunchy.
  6. Also, add 1 cup boiled soya and continue to fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add in 3 cup cooked rice, ½ tsp pepper powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar and 1 tsp salt.
  8. Stir fry until the sauce is well coated with the rice.
  9. Add in 2 tbsp spring onion and mix well.
  10. Finally, enjoy Soya Fried Rice Recipe with sauce.
