Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- ¼ cup paneer (chopped)
- 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 inch ginger (chopped)
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- ½ capsicum (chopped)
- 2 tbsp cabbage (chopped)
- ½ carrot (chopped)
- 3 beans (chopped)
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 4 cup cooked rice
Method
- Firstly, heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and fry ¼ cups paneer until golden brown. Keep aside.
- Add 5 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, ½ tsp chilli flakes, 2 tbsp spring onion and stir fry.
- Also add ½ onions, ½ capsicums, 2 tbsp cabbage, ½ carrots, 3 beans, and 1 tsp salt.
- Keeping the flame on low, add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp pepper powder.
- Saute on a low flame till the spices turn aromatic.
- Further add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp vinegar. Stir-fry on high flame.
- Now add 4 cups cooked rice, 1 tsp salt and mix well.
