Easy Paneer Garlic Recipe | Pepper Garlic Paneer Fry - Quick Starter

Ingredients

  • 20 pieces paneer
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
  • 3 chilli (slit)
  • ½ onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp spring onion
  • ½ onion (petals)
  • ½ capsicum (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp pepper (crushed)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 tbsp corn flour slurry
  • few curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)

Method

  1. Firstly, in a plate take 20 pieces paneer, ½ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp corn flour.
  2. Mix well, ensuring the flour is evenly coated on the paneer.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the paneer.
  4. Fry till the paneer turns golden and crispy. Keep aside.
  5. In the same oil, add 5 cloves garlic, 1 inch ginger and 3 chilli. Stir fry.
  6. Also add ½ onion and 2 tbsp of spring onion, and sauté well.
  7. Now add ½ onion and ½ capsicum, and stir-fry until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  8. Add an additional 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of pepper, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  9. Cook until the sauces are well combined.
  10. Add ¼ cup of water and bring to a boil.
  11. Add in fried paneer, few curry leaves and 2 tbsp spring onion. Mix until the sauces are well-coated.
