Easy Paneer Fried Rice Recipe with Secret Sauce - Street Style

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 20 cube paneer
- 2 chilli (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- 5 beans (chopped)
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- ½ capsicum (chopped)
- 2 tsp chilli sauce
- 2 tsp schezwan sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cabbage (shredded)
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
Method
- Firstly, in a large wok heat 2 tbsp oil and fry 20 cubes paneer.
- Fry until the paneer turns golden brown, keep aside.
- In the same oil, add 2 chilli, 2 cloves garlic and fry on high flame.
- Now add ½ onion, 5 beans, 1 carrot, ½ capsicum and fry on high flame.
- Fry until the vegetables turn crunchy.
- Keeping the flame on high, add 2 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tsp schezwan sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp pepper powder and 1 tsp salt.
- Stir fry on high flame until the sauces are well combined.
- Add in fried paneer, 3 tbsp cabbage and mix well until the sauce is coated well.
- Now add 4 cups of cooked rice and mix well making sure everything is well combined.
- Finally, add 2 tbsp spring onion and enjoy Paneer Fried Rice.
