Easy Paneer Fried Rice Recipe with Secret Sauce - Street Style

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 20 cube paneer
  • 2 chilli (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • ½ onion (finely chopped)
  • 5 beans (chopped)
  • 1 carrot (chopped)
  • ½ capsicum (chopped)
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp schezwan sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp cabbage (shredded)
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)

Method

  1. Firstly, in a large wok heat 2 tbsp oil and fry 20 cubes paneer.
  2. Fry until the paneer turns golden brown, keep aside.
  3. In the same oil, add 2 chilli, 2 cloves garlic and fry on high flame.
  4. Now add ½ onion, 5 beans, 1 carrot, ½ capsicum and fry on high flame.
  5. Fry until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  6. Keeping the flame on high, add 2 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tsp schezwan sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp pepper powder and 1 tsp salt.
  7. Stir fry on high flame until the sauces are well combined.
  8. Add in fried paneer, 3 tbsp cabbage and mix well until the sauce is coated well.
  9. Now add 4 cups of cooked rice and mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  10. Finally, add 2 tbsp spring onion and enjoy Paneer Fried Rice.
