  • 2 cups mixed veggies ((carrot, potato, green peas))
  • 2-2.5 teaspoons goda masala ((I like Kpra brand))
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 8-10 roasted cashews
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coconut (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
