Ingredients
for maggi:
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- ½ carrot (chopped)
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
- ½ tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 pack tastemaker
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 pack maggi noodles
for slurry:
- ½ cup maida
- ¼ cup corn flour
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup water
other ingredients:
- 10 slice bread (white or brown)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- oil (for frying)
Method
how to make mix veg maggi:
- firstly, in a pan heat 1 tsp butter. saute 2 clove garlic and ½ onion.
- add ½ carrot, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp capsicum and ½ tomato.
- saute for a minute until the veggies shrink lightly.
- now add 1 pack tastemaker, ½ tsp chilli powder and ¼ tsp salt. saute until the spices turn aromatic.
- further, add 1 cup water and get the water to a boil.
- break 1 pack maggi noodles and mix well.
- cook for 2 minutes or until the noodles are cooked well.
- finally, mix veg maggi is ready, keep aside.
how to make slurry:
- firstly, in a small bowl take ½ cup maida, ¼ cup corn flour, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp salt.
- add ½ cup water and form a lump-free batter.
- smooth flowing consistency slurry is ready.
how to make bread maggi puff:
- firstly, take the bread slice and trim off the sides.
- roll gently to a uniform thickness.
- now place a tbsp of maggi and fold.
- seal the sides making sure there is no gap.
- now dip into corn flour slurry and then roll into breadcrumbs.
- deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium.
- stir occasionally, and fry on both sides until the puff turns golden brown.
- drain off over kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
- finally, maggi puff recipe is ready to enjoy with tomato sauce.
