Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut (finely shredded and some more to roll on top of the ladoo)
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • sliced almonds (for garnishing)

Method

  1. Put the finely shredded coconut in a pan and roast for 2 minutes at low flame.
  2. Add the cardamom powder (optional) and mix.
  3. Add the condensed milk and mix till all the coconut is coated with condensed milk.
  4. In a few minutes, the mixtures becomes thick. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes.
  5. Apply some ghee/unsalted butter on your palm, take some mixture and make a round ball out of it.
  6. Roll the ladoo in some finely shredded coconut and garnish with sliced almonds.
