Coated Sweet Potato

Ingredients

• 3 medium sweet potatoes
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbspn flour
• Pinch Curry
• 1 maggi
• 2 tbspn grinded onion, garlic & pepper
• Oil for frying
• Pinch salt

Steps

1. Peel and cut potato into slim vertical shapes
2. Wash and put into a clean pot with water above it and bring to boil
3. Drain and keep to cool
4. In a separate bowl add eggs, flour, curry, maggi, salt, grinded ingredient and mix all together
5. Add oil into a frying pan and dip the boiled potatoes into the egg mixture and then fry in when the oil is hot
6. Fry in both sides to golden brown color, and yummy it's done.
