Ingredients
Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips
- 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon butter (unsalted, melted)
- 3.5 tablespoons granulated white sugar
- 2 flour tortillas (large)
Nutella Dip
- ¼ cup nutella
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
Method
Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl mix together cinnamon powder and granulated white sugar till well combined.
- Take the tortilla and brush one side with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture covering the entire surface of the tortilla.
- Flip the tortilla and brush the other side with melted butter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on this side as well.
- Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the tortilla into small triangles. Repeat the same with the other tortilla as well.
- Transfer the cut triangles to the baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 F degrees for 15-17 minutes till the chips are really crispy.
- Allow the chips to cool and then store in an airtight container.
Nutella dip
- In a bowl whisk together nutella and greek yogurt.
- Serve immediately with cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
