- 1 (8.5 ounce) package chow mein noodles

- Chop chocolate confectioners' coating; place in a heat-proof bowl set over a bowl of simmering water. Cook, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
- Off heat, add chow mein noodles; stir until evenly coated and distributed.
- Drop chocolate mixture by spoonfuls of desired size onto waxed paper. Cool completely before storing or serving.
