  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped kale
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

  3. Combine applesauce and kale in a blender; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
