Ingredients
- 100 gms plain chocolate cake
- 100 gms whipped cream
- 10-12 deseeded cherries
- 3 spoons Grated chocolate
Steps
- Break the cake into crumbs.
- Beat the whipped cream in a bowl until its volume has doubled and it is soft and fluffy.
- Start a shot glass with a layer of cake crumbs.
- Make the next layer with whipped cream.
- Add a cherry layer, followed by more whipped cream.
- Finish with a cherry piece and grated chocolate on top.
