Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounces fino sherry
• 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
• Orange peel, for garnish

Steps

1. Stir the fino sherry and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass filled with ice until well chilled.
2. Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail coupe glass.
3. Express the orange peel's oils over the glass, then add the peel as garnish.
