  • 1 tsp lemon ๐Ÿ‹ juice
  • Salt ๐Ÿง‚ pepper powder & chat masala as par taste
  • 1/4 cup plum chutney (homemade)
  • Liter bark Sev for garnishing

Steps

  1. Put the chopped fruits in a bowl along with the tomato, green chili, coriander and mint leaves. Add the spices and lemon juice, mix thoroughly with a spoon, and leave the mixture aside.
  2. Use a spoon to beat each flavored dahi thoroughly, keeping the flavors in separate bowls.
  3. For store-bought pooris, use your thumb to open a small hole in the top of each one, then fill each with 1 tsp of the fruit mixture. Pour 1-2 tsp of flavored Greek dahi over the filling and drizzle plum chutney on top.
  4. Scatter barik sev over the puris and serve them immediately to keep them crisp. They combine cold, creamy dahi, sweet-tangy plum chutney and crunchy puri.
