Ingredients
- 0.5 cup diced watermelon
- 2 fluid ounces watermelon vodka
- 1 fluid ounce agave nectar
- 0.25 cup ice cubes
- 2 fluid ounces club soda
Steps
- Place watermelon into a cocktail shaker and mash well with a cocktail muddler. Pour in vodka, agave nectar, and ¼ cup ice, cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted, about 20 seconds.
- Strain into an ice-filled collins glass; top with club soda.
