Ingredients

  • 600 g watermelon – cubed/diced
  • 1/3 C condensed milk
  • 2 C milk
  • 1 C heavy cream
  • 1 generous pinch of salt
  • 1. Used Half & Half to replace milk and heavy cream
  • 2. Add only milk for a lighter version
  • 3. Add crushed ice 🧊 if you don't freeze your watermelon
  • 4. Add few leaves of mint for a minty flavor

Steps

  1. Cut watermelon into bite-sized. Remove seeds, if any. Keep in the freezer until solid. Use frozen watermelon 🍉 for a thicker consistency. ✅️NOTE: Freshly cut watermelon 🍉 can be used right away without freezing, but add crushed ice 🧊 for an instant chilled drink.
  2. Add frozen watermelon into a blender. Add condensed milk, 1 generous pinch of salt, 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream or whipping cream. ✅️NOTE: Half & half can be used to substitute milk and heavy cream. For a less creamier or a slightly thinner drink, use only milk.
  3. Blend on high until smooth. Adjust consistency to your liking by adding more milk or half & half for a less thicker drink.
