Turf Club Cocktail

Ingredients

• 5 tablespoons (2 ½ ounces) Junipero Gin
• 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) Dolin Dry Vermouth
• 0.5 teaspoon maraschino liqueur (such as Luxardo)
• 0.25 teaspoon Pernod Absinthe
• 1 round orange slice
• Lemon twist, for garnish

Steps

1. Add the gin, vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and absinthe to an ice-filled mixing glass. Express the orange slice and add to the mixing glass. Stir until well chilled.
2. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled Martini glass and discard orange slice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
