Fried Modak Recipe
Fried Modak is a festive sweet with a crisp whole wheat flour crust and a filling of coconut, jaggery, sesame seeds and cardamom. Also called talniche modak, it is traditionally offered to Bhagwan Ganesha during Ganesh Chaturthi festival.
