Dry Fruit Modak

Dry Fruit Modak are sweet steamed dumplings made with a soft rice flour covering. They contain a filling of assorted dried fruits, nuts, khoya, coconut, poppy seeds and sugar. The dumplings are shaped in a modak mold and later steamed.
