Lauki ke Kofte or Lauki Kofta is made of bottle gourd koftas dunked in a light onion-tomato gravy. The koftas are soft and mildly spiced, soaking up the flavors of the tangy gravy. Bottle gourd is also known as lauki, dudhi, ghia, calabash, or opo squash.
