Tipperary Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1.5 ounces Irish whiskey
• ¾ ounces green Chartreuse
• ¾ ounces sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes angostura bitters
• Orange twist for garnish

Steps

1. Add Irish whiskey, green Chartreuse, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled, about 25 rotations.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
3. Express the oils from the orange twist over the glass and serve.
