Sweetened Cinnamon French Bread

Ingredients

• 6 hen eggs
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 3 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 5 slices bread
• 60 g Unsalted Butter
• 4 tbsp. Icing Sugar

Steps

1. Beat 6 large hen eggs in a large mixing bowl and then add the Cinnamon and then the Granulated Sugar – mix – and then add One slice of bread and coat both sides.
2. Divide 60g of the Unsalted Butter into 5 equal amounts of knob's of butter. Add One knob of butter too a non-stick Frying Pan or Wok and melt the butter and then add the raw French Bread – fry on both sides for a short Period of time and then set aside and then do the other ones.
3. Add the 4 tablespoons of Icing Sugar too the French Bread Slices and then enjoy eating them.
