Saturn

Ingredients

• 3 cups crushed ice
• 1 1/2 ounces gin
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce passion fruit syrup
• 1/4 ounce Falernum liqueur
• 1/4 ounce orgeat (almond syrup)
• Lemon peel twist, for garnish
• Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Steps

1. Place ice, gin, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, Falernum, and orgeat in a blender; process until smooth, about 30 seconds.
2. Pour into a hurricane or highball glass. Garnish with a lemon twist wrapped around a cherry.
