Sangam kaju katli

Ingredients

• 2 cup kaju powder
• 1 cup milk powder
• 1 cup dry coconut powder
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 tbsp gulkand
• 1 tsp rose syrup
• 3 tsp nuts
• silver varq
• ghee

Steps

1. Make powder of kaju.Now mix kaju powder,milk powder,coconut powder and knead dough with milk add ghee knead.In bowl mix gulkand,rose syrup kaju dough and nuts make dough.
2. Now knead kaju dough in butter paper and roll it between 2 butter paper.Niw roll gulkand mixture on other butter paper. Place this on kaju sheet again again kaju sheets decorate with silver varq.Cut into diamond.
