Porn Star Martini

Ingredients

• 2 ounces vanilla vodka
• 1 ounce passion fruit puree
• 1/2 ounce passion fruit liqueur
• 1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/2 ounce vanilla simple syrup
• Fresh passion fruit, halved for garnish
• 2 ounces sparkling wine, chilled

Steps

1. Add vodka, passion fruit liqueur and puree, lime juice, and vanilla syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 12 to 15 seconds until well chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a passion fruit cut in half. Serve with a shot of sparkling wine on the side.
