Parle biscuit mug cake (1:30 min in microwave)

Ingredients

• 1 pack parle biscuit
• 1/4 cup milk or as required
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp drinking chocolate powder (optional)
• 1/2 tsp chocolate essence/vanilla essence
• 1/2 tsp eno fruit salt

Steps

1. First in a mixture grinder jar add broken parle biscuits and grind them to fine powder.
2. Take grinded biscuit powder in a bowl, next to add sugar, drinking chocolate powder and mix well.
3. Now add milk little at a time and mix well till smooth.add chocolate essence and mix.
4. In last add eno and little milk over it to activate and give it a quick mix.
5. Immediately pour batter into mugs and keep them in microwave for 1or 1:30 min.
6. Delicious, quick mug cake is ready.
