Stuffed Nutella French Toast with fresh Strawberries. Indulgent breakfast at it's best!

Ingredients
- 8 thick slices of bread [any bread of choice]
cinnamon sugar mix
- 3 tablespoons granulated white sugar
- ½ teaspoons cinnamon powder
custard
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
- ½ cup + 3-4 tablespoons milk
- ½ cup heavy cream or half & half
- pinch of salt
stuffing
- ⅔ cup nutella
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
Method
- In a bowl whisk together milk, heavy cream and eggs.
- Add sugar and salt and whisk till well combined. Set aside the custard.
- In a plate, combine sugar and cinnamon powder and set aside.
- In another bowl, add nutella and softened cream cheese.
- Whisk till the mixture is smooth and set aside.
- Heat your griddle pan on medium heat. Melt some butter on it.
- Take a bread slice and dip it in the prepared custard from both sides.
- Place the dipped bread on the hot griddle pan.
- Cook till both sides turn golden brown.
- Remove the bread from pan and immediately dip it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Coat well on both sides.
- Repeat the same with the second bread. Both breads should be coated with the cinnamon-sugar mixture from both sides.
- Apple 2-3 teaspoons of nutella filling on both the breads and place some sliced strawberries on top.
- Repeat the whole process with the remaining breads till the custard is over
- Cut into slices and serve the stuffed nutella french toast with more fresh strawberries and maple syrup.
