Meletti Spritz

Ingredients

• 3 oz. Prosecco
• 2 oz. Meletti Amaro (see Note)
• 1 oz. soda water
• 2 dashes orange bitters (such as Angostura)
• Orange peel or blood orange peel, for garnish

Steps

1. Stir together Prosecco, amaro, soda water, and orange bitters in an ice-filled wine glass until chilled and well combined, about 30 seconds.
2. Garnish with an orange peel, and serve immediately.
