Lion’s Tail

Ingredients

• 2 ounces bourbon
• ½ ounce allspice dram
• ½ ounce fresh lime juice
• ¼ ounce simple syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• Expressed lime twist, for Garnish

Steps

1. Add the bourbon, allspice dram, lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters to an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
2. Fine‑strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Express a grapefruit peel over the glass and discard.
